The results of the inaugural UCD Physics & Astronomy Climate Survey were released on April 20th, 2021! This survey was a joint venture between the departmental climate survey committee, departmental leadership, the UCD Office of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI), the UCD Office of Budget and Institutional Analysis (BIA), and the entire department community. It represents the first ever such survey for an individual department on campus and part of a larger effort by the department to address issues of climate, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
